Note: Marijuana is an Americanized term for cannabis often depicting the legal or illegal aspect of the Cannabis / hemp plant. Cannabis is a term used more frequently in other countries in reference to its medical/therapeutic attributes.
Another noteworthy tip: Marijuana (Cannabis) is illegal under Federal Law. Therefore, research and clinical studies have been limited in the United States. However, in countries where cannabis (marijuana) is legal, research regarding the therapeutic effect (positive or negative) has been conducted and published. So, try adding the name of a country where cannabinoids are legalized (Example: Cannabinoids AND chronic pain AND Israel) .
