In compliance with the provisions of the Illinois Trust Act, Oakton’s Police Department will not provide any information or support to Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE) unless there is a criminal warrant with probable cause for an arrest. If you encounter a representative(s) from ICE on one of our campuses, please direct them immediately to the Police Department (DP 1280 Des Plaines, RHC C100 Skokie).

The Undocumented and DACA Student Support at Oakton webpage provides important information and resources for students and families.

In addition, the Undocumented and DACA Student Resource Guide has also been updated. This is a comprehensive handbook outlining internal and external community resources for undocumented students, and information for you to learn more about undocumented students in higher education. It is our hope that everyone can benefit from this resource, whether as a quick reference guide or a persistent reminder of the needs and obstacles our undocumented and DACA students face every day.

Through the Office of Access, Equity and Diversity (AED), we offer a wide range of services and resources to ensure your success and well-being throughout your college journey.

Find free nonperishable food and personal care items, such as soap and deodorant, available to students in need.
