Introducing Student Support Services "Cultivating Meaningful Conversations"

"Cultivating Meaningful Conversations" is an online training course developed to better assist Oakton Community College faculty members increase their knowledge of OCC Student Support Services and their respective referral processes. "Cultivating Meaningful Conversations" is accessible through D2L.

As a means of reducing the "silo effect" often experienced amongst departments on campus, and assisting faculty in increasing their knowledge of student support service referrals, the OCC Student Support Services videos and resources have been compiled and developed.

Student Support Services: Enrollment Services

Enrollment Services assists students with general questions about processes related to Admissions, Financial Aid, Registration, and Records including prerequisites, class overrides, holds, online registration, payment options, FAFSA process and verification, proof of residency, student record changes, application issues, and steps for new student enrollment/orientation.
