The Wellness Center, including Counseling, Health and Student Care is open remotely from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Counseling Services is staffed by licensed mental health professionals and offers time-limited, general counseling services to registered Oakton students.
Specific services include referrals to community mental health resources, individual tele-counseling, counselor on call response, and remote support groups.
If you were receiving services prior to spring break, please email your counselor directly with questions or requests for services.
Health Services is staffed by licensed health professionals and offers wellness and health services to registered Oakton students. While the campus is closed or is working remotely, in-person services are limited.
Nurses are available to answer questions regarding community health referrals, COVID-19, health and wellness information, and communications for students restricted by the virus or self-quarantine.

During this time of self care and support, come join us for drop-in virtual groups, led by two licensed counselors from Oakton Community College's Wellness Center. We will be going over coping skills, mindfulness, gentle yoga movements, and other ways to navigate this challenging time.
