The Access and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) is staffed by disability professionals and coordinates classroom accommodations, students’ rights and responsibilities regarding disability matters and meeting diverse learning styles and needs.

The ADRC is open remotely from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Diversability Support
The ADRC remains ready to assist in any way possible. Please contact Teresa O’Sullivan, manager of the ADRC, at tosulliv@oakton.edu, with any questions or concerns regarding your accommodations.

Most accommodation processes are available remotely including new student intakes, student check-in meetings and the processing and documentation of specific classroom accommodations for online learning formats.

For students requiring extended test timing, your exam time should be increased even when your exams move online. Please be sure to check in with your instructor in advance of any exam to ensure that your extended time remains in place.

Please reach out to ADRC staff members if they can be of assistance:

This guide will be updated regularly, but for the most up to date and accurate information, check the Oakton Community College Coronavirus Prevention and Preparedness Update Page and the Remote Student Services page for more details.
